The Adult Outpatient (OP) CTRC has moved from the Leprino Office Building to the new Anschutz Health Sciences Building (AHSB). This includes all UCH CTRC OP services (nursing, nutrition, core lab, cardiovascular imaging) and equipment as well as the energy balance core (exercise testing, DXA). CCTSI staff have also moved to AHSB with the exception of the Clinical Research Support Team (CReST), which has relocated to the Vice Chancellor for Research’s Office in the Fitzsimons Building.

CTRC OP hours remain unchanged

The west entrance of AHSB will be open for public access Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm.

Study visit status boards

There are electronic visit status boards located in the study team landing space and the nursing station. These will show when a participant has checked in, when the study team is ready for nursing, and when a nurse has been assigned to that participant. If you run study visits where CTRC nursing or APP is needed, it is vital that you use this system to alert CTRC staff when they are needed.

  • Dashboard Instructions

  • Please do not go to the nursing station to get a nurse unless at least 10 mins has elapsed since you marked your readiness for nursing assistance.

    • The status board refreshes every 60 seconds so it could take up to 2 minutes for CTRC staff to see your request.

  • Please leave visit paperwork in the room with the participant at all times.

Printing

Computers in all exam rooms and the study team landing space will print directly to the printer in the study team landing space. Please be aware of HIPAA and retrieve your print jobs expeditiously.

  • Any paper left on the printer or in the landing space will be securely disposed of each day when the clinic closes.
