Mentoring3 : Mentor, Mentee, and Peer

Program Overview

four young adults gathered around a laptop, collaboratingThe Mentoring3 program is designed to equip mentors and mentees with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to get the most out of their mentoring relationships. Based on curricula developed by the Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER), this program utilizes evidence-informed content from both Entering Mentoring and Mentoring Up for Postdocs.

Sessions are intentionally designed to provide instruction to mentor-mentee dyads, to mentors alone, and to mentees alone. This structure allows for participants to learn skills as mentor-mentee pairs that they can directly apply to their current mentoring relationship, and opportunities for learning alongside peers to create a community of practice.
