Leadership Skills for Pre and Post-Doctoral Trainees

This series of three workshops aims to develop and support effective leadership skills for pre and post doctoral trainees. The first workshop focuses on learning about your own leadership styles, preferences and approaches. The second workshop focuses on leadership within a team and the third workshop focuses on effective communication skills. Participants must be able to attend all three workshops.

Science of Team Science (SciTS)

The CCTSI TOTTS Program in collaboration with Colorado State University is excited to offer a workshop about the Science of Team Science (SciTS) presented by Jeni Cross, PhD and Hannah Love. This is only for Predoctoral Students or Postdoctoral Fellows.

Working on a team can be a challenge! Have you ever said, "I hate group projects" or "It isn't natural for me to work on a team?" This workshop will overview key aspects of SCITS literature including followership, turn-taking, social sensitivity. The workshop will provide tools, examples, and action steps to make your next team experience a positive one!
