The CTRC provides infrastructure, resources and dedicated space to conduct clinical research.
Provides instruction to faculty members who have mentored others for years, but have not had formal trainings. Evidence-based strategies will teach mentor/mentee pairs the skilss they need to get the most out of their mentoring relationships.
All sessions will take place on the Anschutz Medical Campus from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
CO-Mentor is an integrated series of four workshops designed to enhance the career development experience for a mentor/mentee pair. Evidence-based strategies are used to teach mentor/mentee pairs the skills they need to get the most out of their mentoring relationships.
Topics include: career mapping and creating a career development plan, setting goals, CV building, establishing the mentor/mentee relationship, and writing effective mentor letters.
